Kathmandu, June 15: Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal, currently on a visit to China, held talks with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi in Beijing on Monday, discussing a wide range of issues related to Nepal-China relations.
According to Minister Khanal, the two sides held comprehensive discussions on the overall state of bilateral ties, including connectivity and transit, border management, trade, technology transfer, and multilateral cooperation.
The ministers also exchanged views on expanding people-to-people exchanges and strengthening cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to further deepening Nepal-China relations and enhancing collaboration for shared prosperity and mutual benefit, Khanal said following the meeting.
