Agency, Oct 4: England produced a dominant performance in the UEFA Nations League, cruising to a 7-0 victory over Croatia on Saturday night.
Playing away in Croatia, England found the net seven times, with Harry Kane and Bukayo Saka scoring twice each, while Jude Bellingham, Anthony Gordon and Morgan Rogers added one goal apiece.
Kane opened the scoring in the eighth minute, giving England an early lead. Bellingham doubled the advantage in the 21st minute before Gordon made it 3-0 in the 39th minute.
Saka then added England’s fourth goal in the 45th minute, sending the visitors into halftime with a commanding 4-0 lead.
Kane scored his second of the night in the 53rd minute to make it 5-0. Saka followed with his second goal in the 68th minute, further extending England’s dominance.
Rogers completed the rout in the 87th minute, sealing a comprehensive 7-0 victory for the visitors.
The win moved England to six points from three matches, placing them second in Group A4. Croatia, meanwhile, remain third with three points from three games.
