Kathmandu, April 30 : President Ram Chandra Paudel on Thursday issued the Public Procurement (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2083, according to the Office of the President.
The ordinance was promulgated in the evening on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, in line with Article 114 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal.
Earlier in the day, President Paudel had also issued the Cooperative (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2083.
The government has recommended a total of six ordinances for presidential approval, with four still awaiting promulgation.
