Kathmandu, May 1: President Ram Chandra Paudel has promulgated the Asset (Money Laundering) Prevention Third Amendment Ordinance, 2083.
The ordinance was issued on Friday on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, in accordance with Article 114(1) of the Constitution, the Office of the President said.
