Nepal should be prevented from ‘grey list’ in money laundering: Minister Gurung

Kathmandu, Jan 1: Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Prithvi Subba Gurung, has stressed the need of preventing Nepal’s slide to ‘grey list’ in money laundering.

At a press conference organised in the Ministry on Wednesday, the Minister, who is also the Spokesperson of the government, informed about the Cabinet decisions that the government had decided to launch a campaign to prevent Nepal from sliding to the ‘Grey List’.

He further shared the government had set a plan to raise public awareness against black money at federal and provincial levels.
