Kathmandu, Sept 29: The 15th national convention of the Nepali Congress is taking place in Kathmandu from October 4.
Issuing a press release today, Acting Chief Secretary of the Nepali Congress Party Office, Krishna Prasad Dulal, shared that earlier, the NC had scheduled to hold its 15th national convention from October 2-4, it has been postponed by two days after it has been delayed to hold the party’s regional conventions at the Province Assembly and House of Representatives constituencies due to heavy rainfall at different places of the country.
The 15th national convention has been postponed by two more days considering the difficult circumstances surfaced due to heavy rainfall, he added.
The inaugural session of the 15th general convention would take place at local open theatre, Tundikhel, at 2:00 pm on October 4.
