Kathmandu, Oct 21: Former President Bidya Devi Bhandari today received ‘jamara’ and blessings from her mother Mithila Pandey on the occasion of Bijaya Dashami.
Similarly, she gave tika to her daughters and sons-in-law. Former President Bhandari gave tika to while exchanging Bijaya Dashami greetings with the general public, well-wishers, and party workers, according to former President Bhandari’s personal secretary, Rajkumar Rai.
