Kathmandu, April 13: Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rubi Kumari Thakur, has assumed her office from today.
Elected to this position in the House of Representatives meeting on April10, Thakur took charge at her office in Singha Durbar.
Deputy Speaker Thakur called on Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal for the first formal meeting today. The Speaker’s Secretariat stated that Speaker Aryal congratulated and extended best wishes to Deputy Speaker Thakur.
