Kathmandu, Feb 24: Vice-President of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Bagmati Province, Dinesh Humagain has joined the Nepali Congress (NC).
NC President Gagan Kumar Thapa welcomed him to the party today. Humagain earlier had announced that he had relinquished RSP.
He had resigned from the RSP portfolio making public a seven-point discontent.
