{"id":9871,"date":"2024-09-29T21:44:53","date_gmt":"2024-09-29T15:59:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nepalsamaj.com\/en\/?p=9871"},"modified":"2024-09-29T21:44:53","modified_gmt":"2024-09-29T15:59:53","slug":"stadiums-of-fifa-club-world-cup-announced","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nepalsamaj.com\/en\/stadiums-of-fifa-club-world-cup-announced\/","title":{"rendered":"Stadiums of FIFA Club World Cup announced"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div><p>FIFA announced Sunday the 12 stadiums to host the new 2025 FIFA Club World Cup in the United States at the Global Citizen Festival in Central Park, New York.<\/p>\n<p>A total of 32 clubs will compete at Mercedes-Benz Stadium (Atlanta), Bank of America Stadium (Charlotte), TQL Stadium (Cincinnati), Rose Bowl Stadium (Los Angeles), Hard Rock Stadium (Miami), GEODIS Park (Nashville), Camping World Stadium (Orlando), Inter&amp;Co Stadium (Orlando), Lincoln Financial Field (Philadelphia), Lumen Field (Seattle), and Audi Field (Washington, D.C.), as well as the MetLife Stadium in New York, which will host the final.<\/p>\n<p>The tournament kicks off on June 15, 2025, and the final will be on July 13.<br \/>\n&#8220;Football is the most popular sport on the planet, and in 2025 a new era for club football will kick off when FIFA stages the greatest, most inclusive and merit-based global club competition right here in the United States,&#8221; said FIFA President Gianni Infantino.<\/p>\n<p>FIFA will make the draw in December as only two of the 32 teams are yet to be confirmed &#8211; one from South America and the other from the United States.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FIFA announced Sunday the 12 stadiums to host the new 2025 FIFA Club World Cup in the United States at the Global Citizen Festival in Central Park, New York.
