Karki\u2019s legal representative, Abhash Regmi, confirmed that the petition was registered on Friday.\u00a0The hearing has been scheduled for November 16 (Kartik 30).<\/p>\n<p>Karki has sought reinstatement, claiming that his removal from the post was unlawful. The government removed him on Wednesday and appointed Manoj KC as the new IGP.<\/p>\n<p>Following his removal, the government assigned Karki the role of security adviser to the Prime Minister.
