The partnership will also cover other areas of mutual academic interest.<\/p>\n<p>The MoU aims to enhance the quality of higher education, facilitate international academic exchanges and strengthen research collaboration between the two institutions.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-57786\" src=\"https:\/\/nepalsamaj.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/11\/image-10-1024x540-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"540\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Kusum Raj Subedi, Vice President of Bagmati University; Prof. Yu Zhen, Director of ECUT\u2019s Office of International Cooperation and Exchange; and Dr. Tara P.
