The market needs and stakeholder&#8217;s concerns should be taken into account by the regulatory decisions and policies.<\/p>\n<p>Commission&#8217;s chair Dr Ram Prasad Dhital handed over the report to the Minister today. The Minister further reminded the need of energy diversification in the wake of recent disasters.
