The democratic and federal governance systems we are enjoying today are the outcomes harvested on the foundation of these movements,&#8221; Dangol underlined.<\/p>\n<p>She opined, &#8220;Kathmandu has been the direct witness to every historical change. It has always conveyed the message that government power should be for the citizens&#8217; welfare and service. We are committed to establish &#8216;citizen-friendly governance&#8217; to make government services hassle-free, tech-savvy and take it at doorsteps of citizens. We have been moving forward with a determination to fully ensure the fundamental rights like health, education, drinking water and clean environment.
