The equipment is expected to provide strong support for emergency rescue, relief operations and subsequent disaster-response efforts.<\/p>\n<p>The rescue hovercrafts and flood pumps are particularly expected to strengthen rescue capacity in flood-affected and waterlogged areas, while solar-powered lighting equipment and other supplies will support relief and recovery operations in affected communities.<\/p>\n<p>The latest assistance reflects continued Chinese support for Nepal\u2019s emergency response and disaster-management efforts.
