The area was ravaged by the devastating Bhotekoshi floods on August 26.<\/p>\n<p>A joint team comprising the Armed Police Force (APF), the Nepali Army and the Nepal Police jointly reinstated the flag on the international border point at Gosaikunda Rural Municipality-2.
