{"id":54417,"date":"2026-09-04T19:28:08","date_gmt":"2026-09-04T13:43:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nepalsamaj.com\/en\/?p=54417"},"modified":"2026-09-04T19:28:08","modified_gmt":"2026-09-04T13:43:08","slug":"dead-body-pulled-from-trishuli-3-a-tunnel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nepalsamaj.com\/en\/dead-body-pulled-from-trishuli-3-a-tunnel\/","title":{"rendered":"Dead body pulled from Trishuli-3 &#8216;A&#8217; tunnel"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div><p><strong>Rasuwa, Sept 4:<\/strong> A Nepali Army squad mobilized for the rescue of those trapped inside the tunnel of Trishuli-3 &#8216;A&#8217; hydropower pulled a dead body today.<\/p>\n<p>The retrieved dead body was of a person trapped inside the tunnel since the catastrophic floods that occurred on August 26.<\/p>\n<p>A local Seshnath Bhattarai from Simle area of Nuwakot where the search and rescue operation is going informed that the dead body was pulled from the tunnel.<\/p>\n<p>The rescuers&#8217; squad comprises Nepali Army persons, the Armed Police Force, the Nepal Police and even the US and Chinese tunnel rescue experts.<\/p>\n<p>From the very tunnel, the security persons had rescued alive two persons earlier today.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, spokesperson of the Nepali Army, Rajaram Basnet, informed that the rescue team mobilized in the tunnel has 75 NA staffs and 18 APF persons.<\/p>\n<p>Assistant chief district officer in Rasuwa, Dhruba Prasad Adhikari, informed RSS that distribution of humanitarian aids was intensified in the district with the mobilization of helicopter.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rasuwa, Sept 4: A Nepali Army squad mobilized for the rescue of those trapped inside the tunnel of Trishuli-3 &#8216;A&#8217; hydropower pulled a dead body today.
