Umesh Tamang, a 28-year-old from Pakhribas Municipality-9 Hile in Dhankuta, was apprehended in Ratuwamai Municipality-10 of Morang.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Central Police Bulletin Update, a police team from the Sijuwa area police office discovered the drugs while inspecting mini truck No. 1 B 4373, which was traveling from Urlabari to Ambari.
