He was shot while staging a demonstration by burning tyres on East-West Highway, according to Chief District Officer, Surendra Paudel. &#8220;Information was received on shooting that killed the boy, but it was not sure who opened the firing,&#8221; he added.<\/p>\n<p>CDO Paudel further informed that investigation into the incident is underway.
