The NEA vehicle (Ba 1 Yan 1651) met the accident last mid night, according to Chandra Bahadur Khadka, information officer at the District Police Office, Sunsari.<\/p>\n<p>Driver Birkh Rai from Dharan-13 and employee Suman Acharya from Dharan-16 were seriously injured in the incident. They breathed their last while undergoing treatment at BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences at 12:45 am last night, Khadka added.<\/p>\n<p>Another employee injured in the incident, Padam Rai, from Dharan-20 has been receiving treatment.
