The categorization is aimed at providing necessary incentives to the farmers.<\/p>\n<p>Chemical fertilizers, seeds, grants and service schemes would be ensured on the basis of farmer&#8217;s identity (types).<\/p>\n<p>The Agriculture Census, 2078 had counted farmers at over 4.1million.
