The municipal council assembly passed the budget unanimously.<\/p>\n<p>As mentioned in the budget, the municipal assembly approved spending Rs 573 million 680 thousand from internal sources, Rs 992 million 48 thousand from revenue sharing, Rs 100 million 172 thousand from various grants of the Bagmati provincial government, and Rs 1 billion 184 million 600 thousand from the federal government on Hetauda&#8217;s physical infrastructure development.<\/p>\n<p>On the occasion, Meena Lama, the Mayor of Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City, said that the budget will be implemented fairly in providing drinking water, roads, electrification, healthcare, expanding the tourism sector, improving the quality of higher education, encouraging girls to pursue education, and constructing physical infrastructure in some remote wards of Hetauda city.<\/p>\n<p>Mayor Lama had presented the sub-metropolis&#8217;s annual policies and programmes for the year 2026\/27.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Makawanpur, June 25: The Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City has unveiled a budget of Rs 2 billion 850 million and 500 thousand for the Fiscal Year 2026\/27.
