{"id":4966,"date":"2024-07-11T14:10:03","date_gmt":"2024-07-11T08:25:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nepalsamaj.com\/en\/?p=4966"},"modified":"2024-07-11T14:10:03","modified_gmt":"2024-07-11T08:25:03","slug":"heartfelt-tribute-paid-to-late-sita-dahal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nepalsamaj.com\/en\/heartfelt-tribute-paid-to-late-sita-dahal\/","title":{"rendered":"Heartfelt tribute paid to late Sita Dahal"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div><p>Kathmandu, July 11: Heartfelt tribute was paid to Sita Dahal, wife of Prime Minister and Chairperson of the CPN (Maoist Centre), Pushpa Kamal Dahal &#8216;Prachanda&#8217;, on her first memorial day.<\/p>\n<p>At a programme organised at the official residence of the Prime Minster at Baluwatar, family members along with PM Dahal offered wreath and garlanded the photo of Sita Dahal.<br \/>\nOn the occasion, Vice-Chairperson of the CPN (Maoist Centre) and Deputy Prime Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha, Vice-Chairpersons &#8211; Agni Sapkota and Pampha Bhusal &#8211; as well as party office-bearers and cadres paid tribute.<\/p>\n<p>Remembering Maoist leader Sita as a warrior of change, Vice-Chairperson Shrestha expressed commitment to protect the achievements gained from people&#8217;s war and to be devoted to serve the people.<\/p>\n<p>He also laid emphasis on the need of moving ahead making the party further stronger and united.<br \/>\nMeanwhile, Prime Minister Dahal unveiled a book &#8216;Smriti Ma Sita Dahal (Sita Dahal in Memory)&#8217;. Late Dahal was central advisor of the CPN (Maoist Centre).
