Despite limited resources and means, the provincial government is constructing sports infrastructure to make Karnali a hub for sports,&#8221; Chief Minister Kandel said.<\/p>\n<p>He alleged that although the Karnali Province government was ready to organise the 10th National Games, it was delayed due to the federal government&#8217;s indecision. &#8220;We are fully prepared for the 10th National Games. The 10th National Games could not be held on time due to the central government,&#8221; he added.<\/p>\n<p>He complained that the federal government had always neglected Karnali when it comes to the budget allocation.<br \/>\nRoshan Singh, Vice President of the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN), said that the qualifier competition was organised in Karnali to develop women&#8217;s cricket in Karnali.<\/p>\n<p>The national under-19 team will be selected from the National Women&#8217;s Under\u201319 Qualifier being held in Karnali, and the same team will participate in the World Cup to be held in 2027.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Winner to get 500 thousand prize<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Attractive prizes have been arranged for the teams and players who perform exceptionally in the competition.<br \/>\nThe winning team will receive cash prize of Rs 500,000 and the runner-up team will receive Rs 300,000.<br \/>\nIn the individual category, the best player (Player of the Series) will be awarded Rs 40,000, the best batter Rs 25,000, the best bowler Rs 25,000 and the &#8216;Player of the Match&#8217; of each game will be given Rs 3,000 each.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kankrebihar (Surkhet), June 5: The Under-19 National Women&#8217;s Cricket Championship Qualifier has started here from today.
