At the beginning of the meeting, Chairman of the Shram Sanskriti Party, Harkaraj Rai, reiterated his party&#8217;s demand that the Speaker should issue a &#8216;ruling&#8217; for Prime Minister Balendra Shah to attend the meeting, and stated that his protest would continue until the PM attends the House meeting.<\/p>\n<p>Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal urged MP Rai to take his seat. Afterwards, MP Rai refused to sit and boycotted the meeting. The &#8216;urgent time&#8217; has started in the HoR meeting now. Minister for Finance Dr Swarnim Wagle is scheduled to present the Economic Survey for the fiscal year 2082\/83 BS.<\/p>\n<p>As per the House business shared by the Federal Parliament Secretariat, the &#8216;Intangible Cultural Property (Protection) Bill, 2081 BS&#8217;, which originated in the NA, will be tabled in the HoR meeting, along with a message received from the Upper House.<\/p>\n<p>The schedule also includes tabling of a proposal by Minister for Information and Communications Dr Bikram Timilsina seeking consideration of the &#8216;Film Bill, 2082 BS&#8217;.
