Likewise, over a dozen of industries are being established.<\/p>\n<p>The Pashupati Ceramics Pvt Ltd, Brilliant Shoes Pvt Ltd, Balaji Manufacturing, Nepal Agro Tools, ACM Vehicles and Bio Comp Nepal have entered the production phase, creating jobs for around 700 people in total.<\/p>\n<p>An industry here has, on average, invested from Rs 2 million to Rs 200 million. The SEZA provides space at a lease rate of Rs five per square kilometre for the industrial operations.<br \/>\nBlock &#8216;A&#8217; covers 343 bigha of land while Block &#8216;B&#8217; 128 bigha of land.
