The Prime Minister&#8217;s move follows the recommendation of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP).<br \/>\nThe Minister is accused of abusing his position by enabling his spouse to resume regular duties as a member of the Health Insurance Board, a role for her that had long remained inactive. Based on this issue, the RSP recommended disciplinary action against the Minister.<\/p>\n<p>The recommendation was made by the party\u2019s Central Discipline Commission following an investigation into the allegations. The Commission concluded that such activities had adversely affected the party\u2019s image, ideology, principles, and discipline.<\/p>\n<p>Prime Minister\u2019s press expert Dipa Dahal confirmed the decision to relieve the Minister of his post.<\/p>\n<p>While recommending the Prime Minister to remove Shah from office, the party stated that the decision was made in accordance with Article 69 of the party statute, which concerns the right to recall.<\/p>\n<p>Similarly, the meeting also recommended that the government warn Minister for Health and Population Nisha Mehta for not demonstrating the expected sensitivity in such a serious matter.
