{"id":44988,"date":"2026-03-30T12:41:46","date_gmt":"2026-03-30T06:56:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nepalsamaj.com\/en\/?p=44988"},"modified":"2026-03-30T12:41:46","modified_gmt":"2026-03-30T06:56:46","slug":"three-vehicles-collide-injuring-12-people","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nepalsamaj.com\/en\/three-vehicles-collide-injuring-12-people\/","title":{"rendered":"Three vehicles collide injuring 12 people"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div><p>Madhyabindu (Nawalparasi), March 30: At least 12 people were injured after three vehicles collided head on this morning in Gaindakot Municipality-9 of Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Sustapurva) along the East-West Highway.<\/p>\n<p>Superintendent of Police (SP) Yubraj Khadka said that the passengers carrying bus (Lu Pra 01-001 Kha 0910) on its route to Kathmandu from Nepalgunj collided with a pick-up van (Ba Pra 01-028 Cha 5004) and a truck (Ba 3 Kha 3163) from the opposite direction.<\/p>\n<p>SP Khadka said that 32-year-old truck driver Indra Tamang of Khandadevi Rural Municipality-4 in Ramechhap district; van driver Darshan Kapri, 33, of Bharatpur Metropolitan City-12, and bus driver Mohansingh Balami Magar of Nepalgunj Sub-Metropolitan City-20 were injured in the mishap.<\/p>\n<p>Likewise, nine passengers travelling in the bus also sustained injuries.<br \/>\nAll the injured ones were rushed to the health facilities in Chitwan, according to police.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Madhyabindu (Nawalparasi), March 30: At least 12 people were injured after three vehicles collided head on this morning in Gaindakot Municipality-9 of Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Sustapurva) along the East-West Highway.
