The hearing of the petition is before a division bench of Justice Binod Sharma and Justice Abdul Aziz Musalman.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, a division bench of Supreme Court Justices Sapana Pradhan Malla and Shrikant Poudel had ordered the petition to be listed for regular hearing.<\/p>\n<p>Attorney General Sabita Bhandari Baral had decided to withdraw the money laundering and organized crime cases filed against Lamichhane.<\/p>\n<p>Senior advocate Dinesh Tripathi, and advocates Yubaraj Poudel and Abhas Regmi had filed separate writ petitions in the SC challenging the Attorney General&#8217;s decision to revise and withdraw the cases.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu, March 26: The hearing on the writ petition filed at the Supreme Court (SC) against the Attorney General&#8217;s decision to revise and withdraw offenses on organized crime and money laundering against Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane will continue on Sunday.
