We have reservation to the report. It would be seriously discussed among the law practitioners,&#8221; NBA general secretary Kedar Prasad Koirala told RSS.<br \/>\nThe report mentions issues such as eliminating anomalies including lawyers&#8217; exorbitant fees, and preventing justice from becoming a lawyer&#8217;s paradise to make justice accessible.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ordinary people do not have access to justice; it is said that Nepali citizens are not in a position to easily access justice. For those having no money and access, justice has become a far cry.
