Hearing on it had begun on Sunday.<br \/>\nEarlier, a division bench of Justices Sapana Pradhan Malla and Shreekant Paudel had ordered a regular hearing on the case on March 14.<\/p>\n<p>Attorney General Bhandari had decided to withdraw the case of money laundering and organized crime filed against Lamichhane during the term of the erstwhile government.<br \/>\nAdvocates Yubraj Paudel and Avas Regmi and senior advocate Dinesh Tripathi had filed separate writ petitions at SC against Attorney General&#8217;s decision.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu, March 19: The Supreme Court has issued an order, seeking the submission of revised decision of the Attorney General on a case relating to President of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), Rabi Lamichhane.
