A team led by Vowell arrived in Nepal on Sunday as part of regular visit. The delegation would also visit Panchkhal-based Birendra Peace Operations Training Centre (BPOTC) of the Nepali Army.<\/p>\n<p>The team will leave here for Thailand on Tuesday.
