He collected total 24,592 votes.<\/p>\n<p>Shrestha&#8217;s nearest rival Suman Sayami of the Nepali Communist Party received 3,217 votes. Nepali Congress&#8217; Sapana Rajbhandari has behind with 2,835 votes.<\/p>\n<p>Shrestha, who had become the Minister for Youth and Sports, is a central secretariat member of RSP. It is the second time he got elected to the House of Representatives from the same constituency. Earlier, he was elected HoR member in 2079BS.<\/p>\n<p>RSP leader Shrestha is a graduate in commerce. He is known for preservation of culture, language and Guthi tradition.
