{"id":41209,"date":"2026-01-30T15:32:43","date_gmt":"2026-01-30T09:47:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nepalsamaj.com\/en\/?p=41209"},"modified":"2026-01-30T15:32:43","modified_gmt":"2026-01-30T09:47:43","slug":"president-paudel-embarking-on-official-visit-to-japan-on-february-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nepalsamaj.com\/en\/president-paudel-embarking-on-official-visit-to-japan-on-february-1\/","title":{"rendered":"President Paudel embarking on official visit to Japan on February 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div><p>Kathmandu, Jan 30: President Ramchandra Paudel is embarking on an official visit to Japan from February 1-4, leading a Nepali delegation.<\/p>\n<p>He will leave for Japan on Nepal Airlines plane on February 1 and is visiting Japan at the invitation of Japanese government on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of Nepal-Japan diplomatic relations, said Foreign Secretary Amrit Bahadur Rai.<br \/>\nThe President is scheduled to return home on February 4.<br \/>\nDuring the visit, President Paudel is scheduled to pay courtesy call on Japan&#8217;s Emperor Naruhito at Tokyo-based Imperial Palace on February 3. Similarly, President Paudel and Japan&#8217;s Prime Minister Takaichi Sanae will hold meeting on the same day, added Rai.<br \/>\nPresident Paudel will participate in the special welcome programme to be organised by the Japanese government in the context of celebrating the 70th anniversary of establishment of Nepal-Japan diplomatic relations on February 2.<br \/>\nState Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, Horii Iwao, will pay courtesy call on President Paudel.<br \/>\nPresident Paudel is also scheduled to participate in a meeting with Japanese Business community.<br \/>\nAccording to the Foreign Ministry, the President will attend a reception to be organised in his honour by Nepali Embassy in Japan.<br \/>\nPresident Paudel will be accompanied by his spouse Sabita Paudel and high-level government officials.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu, Jan 30: President Ramchandra Paudel is embarking on an official visit to Japan from February 1-4, leading a Nepali delegation.
