Although senior vice-chairperson Ishwor Pokharel, among others, has demanded not to make any change to the issues passed by the party&#8217;s Statute convention, the majority had decided to maintain in accordance with 10th National Congress.<\/p>\n<p>Inaugurating the meeting, Chair Oli stressed that the presence of party&#8217;s cadres, in big numbers, in the inaugural ceremony of 11th National Congress has confirmed the legitimacy of political parties in the country.<\/p>\n<p>In the central committee meeting, General-Secretary Shankar Pokhrel presented election schedule, code of conduct and contemporary agendas to be presented in the closed door session.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu, Dec 14: A central committee meeting of the CPN (UML) before the start of the closed door session of the party&#8217;s 11th National Congress decided to constitute 301-member central committee as of before.
