{"id":37327,"date":"2025-12-11T10:37:44","date_gmt":"2025-12-11T04:52:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nepalsamaj.com\/en\/?p=37327"},"modified":"2025-12-11T10:37:44","modified_gmt":"2025-12-11T04:52:44","slug":"trump-gold-card-launches-offering-expedited-immigration-pathway-with-a-1-million-fee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nepalsamaj.com\/en\/trump-gold-card-launches-offering-expedited-immigration-pathway-with-a-1-million-fee\/","title":{"rendered":"\u2018Trump Gold Card\u2019 launches, offering expedited immigration pathway with a $1 million fee"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div><p><strong>CNN:<\/strong> President Donald Trump on Wednesday officially launched his \u201cgold card\u201d visa, a new immigration pathway that will allow foreigners to pay $1 million to expedite their visa application, or have companies pay $2 million to sponsor a foreign worker they want to bring into the US.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVery excitingly, for me and for the country, we\u2019ve just launched the \u2018Trump Gold Card,\u2019\u201d the president said at a White House roundtable event.<\/p>\n<p>The visa website, trumpcard.gov, launched Wednesday afternoon and includes a link of the official application, promising \u201cU.S. residency in record time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor a $15,000 DHS processing fee and, after background approval, a contribution of $1 million, receive U.S. residency in record time with the Trump Gold Card,\u201d the official website reads.<\/p>\n<p>How long will the \u2018gold card\u2019 process take?<br \/>\nOnce the application materials are submitted, the process will take \u201cweeks\u201d and will include an interview, according to the site.
