The winner of men&#8217;s football championship held in Taplejung district has been awarded with 131-kg black cardamom.<\/p>\n<p>In the final match played under the second inter-club invited games, Ganesh Chowk Club defeated Himali Topkegola Youth Club by 1-0 on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>Chairman of the organizing Phangphangden Jharana Tourism Development Committee, Bijay Sanwa, informed that the winner Ganesh Chowk Club got the award- the cardamom (3 maan and 11-kg) worth Rs 302,082 along with a trophy, a medal and a certificate letter.<br \/>\nIn the current transaction rate of the cash crop, it costs Rs 92,000 for a maan (40-kg) of black cardamom.
