{"id":35468,"date":"2025-11-16T13:54:15","date_gmt":"2025-11-16T08:09:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nepalsamaj.com\/en\/?p=35468"},"modified":"2025-11-16T13:54:15","modified_gmt":"2025-11-16T08:09:15","slug":"russia-to-deliver-il-114-jets-for-regional-transport-in-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nepalsamaj.com\/en\/russia-to-deliver-il-114-jets-for-regional-transport-in-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Russia to deliver Il-114 jets for regional transport in 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div><p>Three Russia-made Il-114-300 jets are expected to be delivered in 2026, Russia&#8217;s Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Gennady Abramenkov said Friday.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, air carriers expect the aircraft to operate on routes in Russia&#8217;s Far East, Siberia, and northern regions, where airports have limited infrastructure and face harsh weather conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Abramenkov said the plane&#8217;s manufacturer, United Aircraft Corporation, part of Russia&#8217;s state-owned aviation giant Rostec, is working with aviation and leasing companies to develop a financial model for the aircraft&#8217;s operation.<\/p>\n<p>The Il-114-300, a modernized version of the Il-114 turboprop airliner, is intended to replace aging An-24 aircraft as well as foreign-made regional jet models.
