The court issued an interim order today after discussions between both parties and asked not to implement the decision to recall the ambassadors.<\/p>\n<p>Advocate Pratibha Upreti had filed a writ petition, arguing that the government&#8217;s decision to recall the ambassador was illegal as there was no scope for a parliamentary hearing when the House of Representatives itself was dissolved and there was no constitutional basis for the appointment of an ambassador.<\/p>\n<p>The government had decided to recall 11 ambassadors and asked them to return by November 6.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu, Nov 2: The Supreme Court has issued an interim order not to immediately implement the decision of the interim government to recall ambassadors.
