He said that the Constitution and democracy should be protected through elections.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking at a party programme in Gorkha on Sunday, he said, \u201cThere is no reason for us to shy away from the election. Rather, it is necessary to exert pressure on the government from all sides to create an atmosphere appropriate for the polls. The election will be the best way to address the current political situation in the country.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He argued that the environment for holding elections was gradually developing.
