The militant group said it will hand over Joshi\u2019s body to Israeli authorities.<\/p>\n<p>Joshi\u2019s condition had remained unknown until now. Following the recent ceasefire between Hamas and Israel, the group released 20 hostages on Monday. Later that night, Hamas\u2019s military wing announced it was preparing to transfer the bodies of four hostages, including Joshi.<\/p>\n<p>Nepali Ambassador to Israel Dhan Prasad Pandit said the Israeli army had earlier informed Joshi\u2019s family and the Nepali Embassy that \u201cno proof of life\u201d had been found for the Nepali hostage.<\/p>\n<p>According to reports, Hamas had provided Israel with details of 48 remaining captives \u2014 20 alive and 26 dead.
