In the festival, Nepali films of special characters, documentaries, short films, and animations will be screened.<\/p>\n<p>Besides this, films from South Asia, the US, and other parts of the world will be screened. &#8216;Gaun Aayeko Bato (A Road Taken to Village)&#8217; directed by Nabin Subba has been selected as an opening film in the festival which will be closed with the screening of &#8216;The Red Suitcase&#8217; directed by Baraili.<br \/>\nThese two films are expected to highlight the common lifestyle of Nepal and overseas fate being faced by Nepalis.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu, May 19: The &#8216;Nepal-America International Film Festival (NAIFF)&#8217; will be taking place in Maryland of the United States of America from June 20-23.
