Employees&#8217; dillydally and not providing services to the people on time is also corruption&#8221;, she said.<\/p>\n<p>The vice-chair also argued that there is a big difference between people&#8217;s representatives and employees which she claimed has added to the rife of corruption in the country.<\/p>\n<p>On a question regarding measures to check exodus of Nepali youth going abroad, Ghimire advised creating diverse job opportunities within the country to retain youth force.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu, March 14: Vice-Chair of the National Assembly, Bimala Ghimire claimed that Nepal&#8217;s Constitution is the best across the world in terms of women&#8217;s rights.
