Officials said eight people died on the spot, while two others sustained injuries.<br \/>\nPreliminary reports suggest that the driver may have dozed off while driving, leading to the accident, rescue officials said.<\/p>\n<p>Road accidents in Pakistan have become an alarming issue, with a significant increase in both frequency and severity over the years.
