The project with a capacity of 25 megawatts commenced commercial power generation after completing the tests of power plant, interconnection and commissioning.<\/p>\n<p>Chairman of the company Jag Bahadur Pokharel told the RSS that the power generated from the project was connected to the system of Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA).<\/p>\n<p>The power generated from the project is supplied to the NEA through its substation at Lahachowk village of the rural municipality.<\/p>\n<p>The total cost of the run of the river project has exceeded Rs 5 billion, it is said.
