Kathmandu, March 8: India has given a target of 256 runs for New Zealand in the T20 World Cup 2026 Final.
Invited to bat first, India made 255 runs at the loss of five wickets in twenty overs, international media reported.
For India, Sanju Samson made the highest 89 runs for India with five fours and eight sixes.
Likewise, Abhishek Sharma scored 52 runs from only 21 balls.For bowling, New Zealand’s Jimmy Neesham took three wickets, while Matt Henry Rachin Ravindra took one each.
New Zealand now should score 256 runs in the allotted 20 overs to lift the title of the T20 World Cup Final 2026.
