Jhapa, Jan 20: Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Chairperson Rajendra Lingden has filed his candidacy for upcoming election to the House of Representatives from Jhapa constituency-3.
He was elected as a Member of Parliament from the same constituency before this.
