Agency, April 13: Cristiano Ronaldo once again proved his class, scoring twice to lead Al Nassr to a thrilling comeback victory in the Saudi Pro League. On Saturday night, Al Nassr edged past Al Riyadh with a 2-1 win.
Al Riyadh took an early lead when Faiz Selemani found the net in the second minute of first-half injury time. However, the momentum shifted in the second half. Ronaldo leveled the score in the 56th minute with a clinical finish, before striking again in the 64th minute to complete the turnaround for Al Nassr.
Despite several attempts from both sides, no further goals were scored, and Al Nassr walked away with all three points. The win takes Al Nassr to 57 points from 27 matches, placing them third in the league standings. Al Riyadh, meanwhile, remain in ninth place with 34 points from the same number of games.
