Kathmandu, July 20: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is scheduled to embark on an official visit to India on September 16. According to sources from Nepal’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has formally invited Prime Minister Oli for the visit.
Despite assuming office last year, this will be Oli’s first visit to India during his current tenure. Previously, the Prime Minister had traveled to China after not receiving an invitation from New Delhi.
The visit is expected to focus on strengthening bilateral ties and addressing key regional issues.
