Kathmandu, Nov 19: Prime Minister Sushila Karki is preparing to hold consultations with leaders of political parties registered at the Election Commission ahead of the upcoming elections.
The Prime Minister’s Office in Singha Durbar has invited party leaders to a meeting scheduled for 4 p.m. today.
According to the Prime Minister’s Secretariat, the consultations are being organized to jointly appeal for participation in the elections, as the process of party registration for the Falgun 21 polls is currently underway.
Prime Minister Karki has already held discussions with parties represented in the recently dissolved House of Representatives. She has also conducted a separate round of talks with representatives of the GenZ movement.
